I found another image from the book "20th Century: A Century of Graphic Design" by Jeremy Aynsley. The designer of this piece was created by a man called Bayer. It was used on the cover of the magazine Die Neue Linie in 1938. He adapted montage ideas making experimental modernist ideas more acceptable to a wider public. He created this to show that he was leaving the Bauhaus, Berlin. I thought it was unique in a way because I wouldn't understand why he put the shoe prints across the design had I not read the description. Great piece, nice use of colors and very catchy to the viewer's eye.
